Open the shutters, open the shades, put the temperature at 74, open lights, plug in appliances, open the water tank breaker, start ice maker, make water run few minutes, flush toilet, verify if nothing need to be done (pest control, A/C, pool, etc) and manage it, put your furniture outside, start the pool heater, put 6 bottles of water in the fridge.

Same as ALL SET + refresh of your cleaning (wash toilets, clean dust, vacuum, refresh of the sinks) + cleaning of the paver (sweep).

Close shutters, close shades, put the temperature at 78, unplugged appliances, close the water heater braker, make sure heater of the pool is close, close ice maker, flush toilets and put product in it, empty dishwasher, put furniture inside, make sure ceiling fans are on, remove everything from the fridge, put garbage at the right day and remove it after, make sure all doors are locked.
